I got home about an hour ago. I am doing pretty well, I am in more pain than I hoped I might be. I will right more later. Thanks for all your prayers and thoughts.

I am glad you are home. Don't be too finicky about taking that wonderful prescription pain medicine. It will help a lot and will assure you get enough rest.

I'm so glad that you're home and now on the mend.  I agree with Anne - don't be stingy with the pain meds if you need them.  That's why you were prescribed them!  Take care and don't overdo it!

Unfortunately, I had to delete this post due to privacy concerns.

Got a lap band in 2008. Tried hard, but didn't lose much weight & developed swallowing problems. Fought my insurance company for almost a year & finally had a band to DS revision on 5/11/12. Have now lost 125 pounds. Yay!

Welcome Home!! Glad everything went well for you!! Just remember to WALK & SIP WALK & SIP!!! Each passing day is a day closer to healing and with each day that passes you should start feeling better and better and before you know it, you will feel like a new man :)
